Exterior rehabilitation of an 1877 Victorian Gothic style brick building structure. The work included complete and selective masonry joint re-pointing, exterior masonry cleaning, detail cleaning using the Ibex System, installation of new sealant in vertical expansion joints, fabrication and installation of various sandstone coping, finials and spring bocks, selective masonry and stone patching, rebuilding of masonry window arches. Four chimneys were carefully deconstructed and rebuilt utilizing the original masonry. New façade brick was cast and installed to replace non-repairable units.
